By engaging Verdant Yield for soil microbiomics and agronomy services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Service Scope

Our services include soil microbiome sequencing, cover crop architecture, and inoculant formulation. All biological interventions are subject to environmental variables beyond our control. Verdant Yield does not guarantee specific harvest yields.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Verdant Yield be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our protocols.
